Initial Assessment Session Length

40 minutes: select if working on one body area

60 minutes: select if you have a more complex history, concussion, a long-term issue, or would like to look at two or more body areas
Mask Policy: Wearing masks at Mountain Sport Clinic is no longer required by public health (as of April 9, 2024). If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, we encourage you to wear a mask in our clinic. Please speak to our front desk or your Therapist if you would like your Therapist to wear a mask during your session. Special booking times are available at the start of the day for those in need.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a professional health discipline that is dedicated to the prevention of injury, recovery from injury or surgery, and improvement of movement patterns. Treatment typically includes health education, hands on techniques, and custom exercises. Other modalities such as needling or electrotherapy are used when indicated.
